Ready when you are
In the last months, many have had to postpone their treatment and we've been working hard to support and reschedule. Now, borders are reopening, airlines are operating and many of our verified clinics are taking patients again. Here's what we did to make sure you can plan your treatment with confidence.
Travelling
If you have a treatment scheduled and are not affected by one of many travel bans and clinic closures, it is your personal decision to travel and undergo the treatment. If you do choose to travel it is important to understand some risks.
Your flights may still get canceled last minute. You should check with your airline before traveling.
With international air-travel deregulated and countries locking down, it is possible that you get stuck somewhere.
By choosing to travel you will be in confined spaces with many people, and thus at risk of getting sick yourself.
How does the price calculation works?
We are always committed to putting your needs first, also now. Are you looking to plan your treatment but are concerned about travel disruption? Or do you have a treatment booked that may need rescheduling? No worries, we’re here to help. Reach out to your personal patient manager, call us, or send an email to contact@qunomedical.com.
Find more information about the virus and the current developments on the websites of the World Health Organisation, or your local Health Association, for example the NHS in the UK and RKI in Germany.
